PB taking awhile

Have a technical question you can't find the answer to in FAQ's? Ask it here. Game problem questions that do NOT pertain to things like training advice, what would my horse do well in, how much is it worth.

I think Nef is doing great job here guys, I mean this game has gotten really popular, and probably everyday she is dealing with new PBs, sponsor upgrades, goodie dyes etc etc for us. I do agree that if it says you get something withing X time frame, you should get it, or get some refund like extra pairs Zimmy got.
Yesterday I ordered a goodie dye and a 6month upgrade for my trainoff winner, not long after that (maybe 3omins) she messaged me that she already got them, aka Nef did them imidiately.

We should credit Nef for doing this job, and she is doing it well. It has never taken too much time for me to get my upgrades or dyes in.
I know my PB will be worth the wait!

Ugh, patience is a virtue. I couldn't care less how long it takes for mine to come in, as when it comes in, I know that Nef too the gracious time to make it what I have asked and paid for. Yes, she could change the time from 48hrs, but I do think she tries her best in getting them all done when she can.

lol, don't get me wrong, I think the times listed should be changed too... but it has been suggested I think many times over and I think it just hasn't been gotten around to yet... and I agree that waiting stinks, ESPECIALLY when you thought it would be a lot sooner than it is... but I find that upgrades and dyes usually are done very quickly (not counting weekends)... she just has to do a lot more to make the breeds I think and right now she is MOBBED with orders I suspect... but I like to think that if she spends extra time on them she is trying to make them something that we actually want... it is so cool that she added PBs and great that she had a sale which has allowed a lot more people to get them... I think perhaps when the original estimated time was listed she may not have known how long it would take at all... and at first it wasn't bad, but in the beginning there were many fewer orders... it wasn't until several months in I believe, that the PB 'craze' really took hold.

hopefully it will be changed at some point to say a longer amount of time and cause less frustration, in the mean time I hope you get your breed soon. :D

Why not make a ticket or do something about your complaints then. Nef doesn't read every single post and I'm sure she doesn't have time to read this one. Why not make your voice be heard and contact her instead of mope around and complain where she won't see.

Sometimes it can take a while for her to respond. Just be patient, it'll come eventually. I ordered two at the same time, and only one has come so far. I expect she saw I ordered two, and since she probably has a lot of them being ordered right now, gave me one and I'll have to wait a bit longer for the second.

I've waited up to two weeks in the past, so I'm not going to bother submitting a ticket until at least that much time has passed. She probably has a ton being ordered now with the sale, I know I'm not the only one who ordered more than one, so it'll take as long as it takes.

I know waiting is no fun, but it'll be worth it once you have them!! :D

four days? lol, you are really freaking out that much over four days?

calm down and breath, I have noticed breeds coming through bit by bit almost every day since the sale, she seems to have a ton to do... in an ordinary week I think they are done about once and on those days usually dyes and upgrades don't seem to be done (I think the focus on that day a week is completely on breeds). 4 days does not mean that you have been forgotten about or anything of the sort.

out of 20 breeds maybe 2 have come within 4 days because I happened to order them right before the day where she did them... if they come in too quickly there is likely a higher chance of something being wrong, I have had to have more than one breed type changed because they came in wrong... if you have a ticket in just bump it periodically, but remember the high volume of orders that are being put through right now...

Mine always took an average of two weeks. o.o Four days is probably too soon to be freaking out.
