Trainoffs

When hosting a trainoff are you allowed to make trainoff only events? I think I saw somwhere that you coulden't, but then I read this. viewtopic.php?f=27&t=148766 Im just making sure I can.

You can make trainoff-only events and have an op remove non trainoff horses if you want. 
However, the trainoff MUST be hosted in the trainoff section of the forums or it doesn't count.
