But what about if those computers already have 10 accounts on them?

If you have a sponsor account you are NOT allowed more than 10 novice accounts, regardless of what computer you make/access them from. if you do not have a sponsor you are allowed a MAXIMUM of three accounts. Please abide by the game rules or ALL of your accounts/ip addresses will be banned

What? I wasent planing on making anymore. I just wasent sure if this computer has any (its public),and it still donent really answer my question. If the computer has 10 accounts on it can i still log in to my account with out getting suspended/banned?

Accounts don't keep track of what computer is being used, only where the accounts are being accessed from through the internet. If you are using a public computer, such as at a library, the IP will most likely note that it's a public computer. If someone else is using a computer at the same location, at the same time, to access VHR, we will most likely look closer at the accounts to see if they are related in other ways, if money or horses are being transferred from one account to another and if then, if the accounts are related, the accounts will be banned.

It has nothing to do with like or dislike. I don't know you, so I obviously can't either dislike or like you. Even should I like you, as the players who know me knows, it doesn't mean you would get treatment different from anyone else.

I know i wont get differnt treatment but usually everytime an op answers me it ends in something like "But you should have already know that".
