Here at Silvermarches we strive to improve the Gypsy Vanner breed and offer the highest quality Gypsy's and driving horses in VHR along with Silverymoon, it's satellite rances, and our associate ranches, hross akr slód, Radical Dreamers and Paradox Stables.

Silvermarches does not breed confirmation horses; our focus is breeding above average horses.

At Silverymoon, we founded the Gypsy Gold Excellence Breeding Association as a resource to further our quest of Gypsy excellency as well as offer a resource for similarly minded individuals. We are proud members and affiliates of the Association for Equine Perfection.

Silvermarches is home to our breeding program and heard of Gypsy Vanner Mares.
While we specialize in Gypsy Vanner horses we do occasionally work with select horses from other breeds.
Silverwood is home to our herd of Belgians and Andalusians who bring new blood to our herd of Gypsy Vanners as well as any other non-Vanners we keep.
AKR|SGV Studs is home to AKR and SGV studs
Our associate ranch, hross akr slód, provides our off-site veterinary, farrier and item crafted needs.

We take great pride in our horses and their offspring and employ strict standards to our horses as well as potential breeding partners to ensure only the highest quality Gypsy Vanners. Foals that do not meet our quality standards are released to minimize the impact of low quality horses within VHR. Hybrids are automatically released - no exceptions.

Resident stallions in our breeding program are strictly monitored; once they've passed their contributing breeding years they are gelded so that our quality bloodlines may be preserved and may potentially be offered for sale at our sales barn. Resident mares who have gone past their contributing breeding years may continue her competiton career here or be retired to one of our satellite ranches. No horse in Silvermarches is for sale and any bids made on any of our residents will be deleted.

To the best of our knowledge, we house the only British Drum horses in VHR.
