Welcome to Castiana Farms
This is the warmblood division of Willow Ranch, home to quite a few different breeds, and a whole lot of champions! The main focus of Castiana Farms is to breed pure warmbloods for eventing in dressage, jumping and eventing. We work with quite a few different breeds, like the German Warmblood, for which we have both a pure line bred from foundation and an eventing line packed with champions!
Our Champions
Throughout the years, we have bred, trained, and evented some of the top warmbloods in the game, including WĦR Hand of Sorrow and WĦR Truth Beneath the Rose, the two most-winning German Warmbloods in the game! They also happen to be the two most winning dressage horses in the game as well!
Others worth mentioning are (WR) Static Reality (German Warmblood), WĦR Erus Obsidian .cf. (Moriesian), WĦR Talyn (German Warmblood), W¤R Blink (Mount of Gallifrey), and WĦR Lyonesse (Holsteiner).
We are always looking for our next big winner, and strive to breed the best eventers we can. For the most part our lines are WR lines through and through, bred by us from foundation, but for some, like the Holsteiners and GWBs, we focus on breeding pure winners with winning lines as well, using outside winning bloodlines as well as our own. You'll notice in our GWB lines in particular that you can find a great deal of well-known names in our lines!
Training
I am often asked if I train for the public, and the question is normally no. I don't have an always active training thread or anything like that. Whenever I do open up training though, this is where it will say!
Eventing
Occationally I will take on other peoples horses to train and also event, but at this time I am not accepting new horses. There is no way to apply or a waiting list, I tend to offer eventing on a case by case basis.
Pure Foals
At this time I do not have any pure foals for sal on this ranch. Whenever I have any, they are moved to my Sales Ranch, and you will have to look through there to see if I have any. I do offer pures on request most of the time though, so if you are looking for a specific breed, message me and ask, and I'll see what I can do.
I do sell event trained pures from my own lines, with is usually the best way to get a fola form my lines that I have already trained. What I have available is listed in this thread at the forum.
