Can't put a leased stallion up for stud?

I'm assuming you're talking about the fact that you can't put a stallion with a lease attached to him on the market, so I'll explain that. Nef made it so horses being put on the market for any reason (sale or stud) can't have leases attached to them. This is because it's obnoxious to see a horse for sale for 0 and then not be able to buy it because it has a lease on it. To make it easier, she probably just applied it to both stud-market and sale-market.

As far as leasing a horse to another account and putting it up for stud, that was never possible. :D
