Im not sure if it is just me but i will turn the horse and before training i try to give a cure but it comes back as No further treatment can be proceeded on this horse this day(turn). This is for cure, PT and medicine.

It's always been like that. You're only allowed to use one cure per turn, and it has to be before you do any sort of work on the horse.
