Apparently my email doesn't work anymore and my old forum password is some cryptic mystery that I -cannot- solve, BUT this will do for now.

I have messaged Nef about my lost ranch information (should have been tied to the email account that doesn't work anymore) and I got ZERO response. I know shes a busy person, VHR is going through major updates etc etc etc etc, I -need- to retrieve that account information for a various number of reasons, mainly along the lines of "I dropped a ton of money on all of those custom coloured foundation horses" and now understandably I'm a wee bit upset, by no means am I complaining, BUT I would really appreciate a response. I haven't filled out a ticket yet (which I will do anyways even though it doesn't really solve anything) but I want to post here because I want an open discussion with someone that can tell me -what- I can do about resetting/retrieving the ranch in question. I really would like to attempt coming back to VHR but its kind of hard to do when a rather vital chunk of my stock is forever locked away. Now, I remember all of my other passwords for my other ranches (thank catfish) but this is -the only- account that the password I have written down doesn't work and its VERY frustrating. IDK what to do and I -do not- want to loose all of that money I put into getting them custom coloured, that would just... idk... it would really upset me. Yes it is my fault for not remember whatever login/password info I used for the ranch in the first place, could have been like ILUVBACKSTR33TBOYZ or something dumb like that, who knows lol. BUT if there is -any- way for those horses or that account information to be recovered I would be entirely grateful.

Nef is the only person able to access account info, so email and Orbis Worlds ticket are really the only two options. I would strongly recommend doing the OW ticket just in case your email got sent to Spam (mine used to), and once it's escalated, keep it bumped every day or so by replying to it so it doesn't get lost in the newer tickets coming in.

A ticket through OW should always be your first course of action. This way the ops are aware of the issues also, and can direct Nef to them when we see her. Where as email, like Khol said, can get lost in spam filters or just lost on the way to the other person.
