Yes you can, just put diet to 10/10/10/10 and train for example teamwork without raising other stats. If you dont mind if you raise other stats at the same time then just train anything other than treat injury

I am no longer able to play the game due to real life commitments. I would like to thank all my friends for the past 11 years on VHR. xx
