I'm upgrading another user's account, but for the life of me I cannot remember how to do so (short of logging in to an account that isn't mine - don't really want to do that). She sent me the contract, and I would like to honor it as soon as possible. (I feel silly asking this, but it's been a while since I've done an upgrade for someone else.) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
