My account was upgraded to 6month instead of 1year I paid

Help, I was really happy to see the upgrade kick in, but it was wrong one.
Really not nice to pay for 1 year and get 6 months instead!

calm down, that has happened to me before and it seems to be an easy fix, mine were adjusted to the right date the following time she did paypal stuff, the ticket should work under any of the titles as long as it has all the info (and even if it doesn't, whichever OP gets to it first will ask for whatever info is missing).

lol, I didn't think you were mad, I thought you were really worried that it wouldn't get fixed, just wanted to make sure that you knew that it has happened to me and was never a difficult thing to fix.

You do want a ticket in and bumped periodically until it is done of course, or else Nef wouldn't know about it, lol, but yeah... she was able to get mine fixed quite promptly.

Mine was fixed yesterday. If you dont have a ticket, better put one up with the transaction ID of the payment you did
for the account. And bump it up once a day til its fixed. Thats how mine got done.

too bad this never happens the other way around... pay for a 6month and get a year.
I guess most people order 6 monthers, so when Nef's going through doing a bunch of them, a 1-year gets overlooked from time to time.

I have gotten longer before.

I sent a ticket, but she responded telling me to keep it, lol. It has happened to me with things like foundy pairs before too... haha, I have told her each time but I think she feels like if it's screwed up in the persons favor it's easier to just let them have the 'extra' or something... I dunno... I always feel guilty about it personally.
