Sponsor account problems

I created a ticket in because my one year upgrade only came with 3 foundies and no reward pair so I created a ticket and it got changed to escalated...Now what?

Escalated means it's gone straight to Nef. Make sure you bump it every day to ensure it'll get seen to asap

Keep bumping it. Sometimes it can take a while... I've waited well over a month on a few tickets even though I bumped it every day.
