Inbreeding

Is it really bad to inbreed a horse? Like will the foals be ruined? I have a Foundy pair and I am soon going to have 2nd gens but I don't know if I should wait until I get another foundy pair?

Most people look down on it, but it won't affect the foals as far as I know of.

There are absolutely zero downsides except for aesthetics. :) Some people freak out when they see horses bred together are closely related, but it won't do anything negative to the foal.
