shoes and breeding

does it affect the foal, whether you have shoes on its parents? Or do mvmt and SF come out the same?

I don't like to breed anything that dosn't have SF at 225, the foals do come out with lower starting SF and movement if the parents do not have theirs fully capped... doesn' matter much for a lot of events, but can be a big deal in things like track racing. :)
