I always renew with 1 year upgrades tho.
Im always afraid to renew them before they expire so I wont lose any days xD as in if I see my account expires 1st of January, I will wait til first of January and then upgrade, if that makes any sence. and not like week before. So it would be renewd earlier.

you don't lose days, whenever you upgrade it is added on to what you already have... you could upgrade for a year one day and upgrade AGAIN the next week and you would have 2 years on your account, not loose time.

@Jelly- are you sure you can keep getting those box dyes every year after six? I know you can for each account but I was SO sure it was discussed when they were first released as a way to keep them from becoming too common, thought someone posted a screen shot that said something about that.... I was under the impression that each account could get one but only once. :?:

I read the rewards page as you can only get one per account ever. D:

Oh well, its not like the foundies you get are worth nearly as much as a box dye. ^.^ Love those new ones.

Yes, you can only get one per account. Nef and the ops wanted the dyes to be something special that will be kinda rare for quite some time.

found it

Hmm, maybe I'm wrong. I haven't heard of Nef working on any 7 year rewards, and just assumed that they would be available the next time around after renewing again, like the reward breeds.

Probably something we need to approach Nef about to confirm lol

If the account expires Jan 1 and you renew on Jan 1, whether it expires before Nef does the upgrade or not, she usually sets it as having not expired, since she received payment on time.

The year rewards come for every full year of sponsorship. So if you do 2 consecutive 6 month upgrades to get the year, you're still eligible for the reward.

When the box dyes were added, the discussion, when they were added, was that they were 6 year rewards ONLY. You get to choose 1 dye per account at 6 years to help keep them "rare" for quite some time. There will be 7 year rewards, I think probably with the other upgrades Nef has done this year, it's been forgotten.

Thank you Bama for clearing that out
Youre great, as always.
I am no longer able to play the game due to real life commitments. I would like to thank all my friends for the past 11 years on VHR. xx
