ok, so I sent a horse out to a trainer who had grace & glory + Tenacious Trainer, yet surefoot capped at 225, they left a note on the horse saying they didnt know why, but that was all

now I'm noticing the same thing happening when I train Dressage horses on my ranch, I have the Tenacious Trainer/Grace & Glory combo, yet surefoot is capping at 225...and seems to only go up when the random stat gain hits it...

but why is that? isnt the whole reason of having that combo to have higher surefoot & movement? I dont understand why it's stopping at 225 still...

ok, let me clear up here, that while training gaited with the horse specialized in Halter the surefoot does have a higher cap (225.5whatever) but sometime between when I switch the specialty to Dressage & finish the horse up the stat drops to 225, which shouldnt happen

Hmm... I never really paid attention, but I had a look and mine are doing that as well. I have all the correct bonuses which should allow me to cap higher.

Did you change the shoes? When you change shoes the sf bonus (.562) is reset.

I didn't. That means since day 1 I've been competing my horses with 225 surefoot and not event noticing.
