Finding Goodie Dyed Horses in Marketplace

Postby distance » Tue Jun 08, 2010 3:30 pm

i have a few colors in mind centered around something very popular, so i like to check the marketplace to make sure they are not taken. however, some dyes don't show up??? i was looking up one of Zimmy's "floo powder" and it NEVER comes up. i don't touch any other field. she said something about too many zeros, but if i am not limiting sale, mare, stud etc. does that matter?
is there a way around this?

Yes, it can. Also need to try putting spaces before, after and between words. Worse comes to worse and you do that and you still get a duplicate, you can get it changed to something else.

If the price maximum is 1000000000 on the search field, when you search, it won't come up with horses for sale/stud at $1234567890 for example ;P

That's why whenever I go to check colours (either for a possible new one, or if I'm buying a horse of a particular colour), I widen the search to something rediculous like 100000000000000000000, that way I get all those obscure numbered horses up for sale/stud xD

Same thing I do... now someone figure out why my Siberian Tiger color doesn't come up? I need to check and see if somehow extra spaces got in that one or something. grr. All I know is I "lose" that one when I search.

You've got an extra space before the colour starts ;)

So . . .
