Running of over due events

If events are over due, how do we get those ran? Do we need to put a ticket in to support?

Do we need to contact a mod for Jousting events? I don't seem to have the option to "Run Event" even though I have 11 entries.

Polo is the only one Mods have to run.. Made sure it's past 24 hours and that you're on the right account?
