Do you have skills in the training you're using? Is diet at 100%? That's all I can think of.

That would be why.

Without sponsor skills, novices really can't max horses. The training drops out about 199.

Returned, I didn't finish out the training set, as I didn't know what order you wanted the stats in, but you can finish it.
