I did see the ticket and since Ops can't do anything about changing dates on upgrades or getting more wild horse catches for players, I escalated the ticket to Nef.
She is the only one who has access to to payment records to verify when the sponsor should end. She is the only one who can change sponsor dates. She is the only one who can give you more wild horse catches. There is no where for Ops to even begin to look into your situation.
She will take care of it, and correct it if it needs to be corrected. You did get your upgrade, correct? Just wasn't for the length of time you thought it should be. As Jelly said, continue to bump the ticket so it stays near the top and Nef will take care of it.
