My sponsor upgrade problems have still not yet been fixed i paid rl money for this and being a disability pensioner I feel ripped off I have no wild horses to catch and I lost two months when it was upgraded and I dont think bar one op that has looked into the matter i put a ticket in and still nothing I go away in a week so would like it resolved before i go away

So you have put a ticket in? Has it been escalated? If so, it is in Nef's hands only. You can continue to bump it daily, so it will be one of the most recent tickets for her to deal with when she gets the time to go through tickets. Alternatively, you can call her yourself and talk to her about this. Her contact details are here: http://www.orbisgames.com/contact.php

I don't suggest emailing her, as its no faster (if anything slower) than going through OW.

I did see the ticket and since Ops can't do anything about changing dates on upgrades or getting more wild horse catches for players, I escalated the ticket to Nef.

She is the only one who has access to to payment records to verify when the sponsor should end. She is the only one who can change sponsor dates. She is the only one who can give you more wild horse catches. There is no where for Ops to even begin to look into your situation.

She will take care of it, and correct it if it needs to be corrected. You did get your upgrade, correct? Just wasn't for the length of time you thought it should be. As Jelly said, continue to bump the ticket so it stays near the top and Nef will take care of it.

Sometimes it takes some time, I have twice had mistakes with account lengths... but they were fixed both times and one of the times (when it took especially long to fix) I was compensated for the mistake. I know that it's aggravating while it is happening, but I have never posted a Ticket that just got 'ignored' as long as I kept it bumped.

One of my account was also "upgraded" to a Premier account (couldn't do more than a novice, really), so the upgrade ran for some time before the issue was fixed, but it was made up for in the end. All I can suggest is to be patient and it is normally made up for :)

i am trying to be its just I go away soon for a few weeks to visit my folks for xmas and my and my fiance engagement party so Just want it cleared up before I go away
