Her trainer messed up and trained her in Halter...
Do You Think She Will Do Okay I Just Level Her In Driving or Sould I have her Remaxed?

Have her maxed. Her strength is way too low at this point. :( I have drivers with strength up to at least 210 by age 8, and that horse just won't make it. In the future, speed doesn't need to be maxed for driving, so you can tell the trainer not to do that as well. :)

Rain's right.

With training bonuses and such, I've seen drivers with strength as high as 214 by age 8. You might have some luck with her in cones/dressage if you re-level her in driving and push strength up as much as you can to age 12 or so, but I'm afraid your best bet is to just roll her up and get a foal from her and start fresh with a trainer that won't screw up [hint, hint - I have a training thread ;)]
