So, apparently I didn't search hard enough and I now have a goody-dyed horse (Blue Merle) that is essentially the same as two other goody-dyes (Blue-Merle and Merle Spotted) already in the game. Is there any way to contact Nef in the hopes to either change the color or get a refund? Or is it even possible? Thanks!

Send her an email. Since it's that close, you should definitely be able to have it changed.

From my experience she replies slowly or never. :/ I hope she's quicker on this matter.

Try going through Orbis Worlds, then an Op can bring it to her attention

I've had the same problem with getting almost the exact same colour as someone else :grr:

I was told by an Op to send her an email. That was . . . 2-3 weeks ago with no answer :o.O:

I keep meaning to send a ticket through Orbis Worlds . . . just haven't found the time yet >.<

This has been a re-curring issue for me. I simple e-mail nef, and put in the e-mail subject "Color change please" in the e-mail state you ordered a color, the search showed there were none, it came in and the search showed there were others very close to the one you ordered, put the horses link in there, relevant information (receipts, transaction numbers etc) anything that will help her identify the horse quicker and give her another color for the horse. She will respond when she has time, not always, but sometimes. :)

I basically put something similar in my email to her Keek. The link to the orginal colour horse, the link to my horse, and a short bit on why I'ld like to change, and to what colour . . .

Still no response of any sort after . . . almost a month o.o Still gotta try via Orbis Worlds . . . haven't had the time to send a ticket >.<

Yep, same scenario to a 'T.' Sent the same thing a few weeks ago. I can't log in to Orbis, though. It still won't recognize my email...
