Bug?

I went through my Vet skills to cure a horse, but I got this message:

You do not have any cures. You may purchase them at the market.

But in my inventory, I have plenty. Thoughts?

Do you have the raw materials? If you've made them all into deeds, then you would need to go through either your Inventory page or the list at the bottom of the vet skills page. Using the drop down menu on the vet skills page only uses the raw material, not the deeds.
