Tokens and PB's

Ive seen other players talking about purchasing PB's with tokens but I cannot seem to find where to purchase a PB with tokens? Do you just have to submit a ticket? And if so how many tokens is it? It is not on the Goodies page as an option nor on the page in Orbis Worlds where you can spend tokens, unless I am blind. Lol.

Someone please advise? Thanks!

You're not blind XD
There's no direct button or form or anything like that!
You have to go to Orbis Worlds --> Get Help! --> Choose "Private Breed Order" under Pick A Topic --> type out all the wonderful details about your new PB!

Also, directions can be found on the Goodies page in-game. It says that they are $95.
