My Club Will Not Accept New Horses

I have a club that I enter all of the horses that I train into, but for some reason it's telling me that I have no eligible horses.

My sponsor expired for several months, but is now active so that should be it.
I looked at the requirements, and it's set to accept all horses sooooo what am I missing?
