Individually Raise Stats?

How do you individually raise strength, intelligence, speed, and endurance?

Once the stats hit 200, Polo will raise only speed, Driving only strength, Obstacle only intell, and Teamwork only endurance. That's assuming you do not have any bonuses that give the random stat gain with each training. I'm not sure anything except Teamwork only touches one stat before the horse is maxed...just about everything before 200 will raise multiple stats at the same time.
