Bumping Orbis Tickets?

Bumping Orbis Tickets?

When you put in a ticket and it's pink that means we don't have to bump them now, correct? Or did I imagine that?

Correct. Pink means it's flagged for Nef's attention, but Ops can still see it and bring it to her attention if she misses it.

It is best NOT to bump highlighted tickets.
All bumping does is reset the time that ticket has been waiting to be answered.
So while you may have submitted it 2 days ago, bumping resets it to 0 days.
