Teamwork doesn't raise endurance now?

So I was just working on rolling a couple horses and after my endurance rolled I wanted to raise it a little so another stat would roll (endurance was currently my lowest stat). Normally I would just train teamwork 3 times or more if needed to raise endurance without raising my other stats, however no matter how many times I trained teamwork endurance wouldn't rise . . . is that due to new game changes? Have I just been experiencing a glitch?

Must be a glitch, because I used it to raise endy just a couple hours ago. o.o Maybe try giving the horse a tranq and then going at teamwork again?
