im new and need help with events

i entered an event the other day there but its still not doing anything, its at -2days now.
it says its an auto-run event so should it not start automatically or am i being silly and missing something?

Events are ran when there are enough entries - a minimum of 5 entries by -7 days

This isn't an interactive game in the sense you take your horse through the event. When the event runs, you'll see how your horse placed

thanks, but there are 12 entries at the min so should it not have ran by now?

Auto events have to be run manually by the OPs (like Jelly - the people with red names on the forums), so even if an auto event HAS enough horses for a full field (10+) they won't know unless going through & looking at EVERY event (and have you clicked on that ranch?? Lol. It's filled with events).

Auto events are run automatically, Ops only have to run them if there aren't enough entries. However, auto events don't run until -3 days to allow more people to enter and to discourage people from trying to fill an event all on their own horses and cheat without getting caught.
