Auto-refresh during rolling?

I've always hated rolling because I have to do it by hand, and I once read (forget where) that you can easily and quickly set up a horse to roll. Does anyone still do that? And if so, how do I set everything up?

I wrote the instructions on one of the first posts based on my Mac, but I assume it's the same or very similar if you download firefox for a PC. (: Waay more reliable than a simple auto-refresh and you can do more than one horse without complicating things with tabs and what have you.
