How to switch Skills?

I know you can switch Skills with offline points, but how? I've got the 500% max thing, so how can I switch from say english training to vet skill?

On your Skills page, under each skill title, there's little text that says "Reset Skill". If you hit that, it resets to 0 (you may need to refresh the page for it to actually show as reset). Then you can go to your Management page and "Use Points" to put 100 into the other skill you want to raise.
