This is the second time I got my account upgraded. The first time I upgraded I had no problems. Now it's been two months since we sent the check, almost a month since the check cleared and still I have a novice account. I went on support and was told they'd investigate but haven't heard back since. And on my "While you were away" page it says my account expired. What happened? Why is this taking so long?

If you haven't submitted a ticket via Orbis Worlds yet, please do so. If you have submitted a ticket, make sure you keep bumping it. Once a day is usually sufficient. Once a ticket is escalated, it's only visible to Nef, so to make sure it doesn't get lost, keep bumping it up until you get a reply.

When you sent in your check, did you make sure to also send a note with your player name and the ranch number that was supposed to be upgraded? Sometimes Nef will receive checks/money orders but no information to know who it came from, what it was for, or what ranch number, in which case it's impossible to complete the upgrade. Sometimes things just get unintentionally overlooked. As long as you keep your ticket active, it will be addressed.
