Offline points?

I just got my new sponser and went to add 10 points to Vet skill it says it went through but my skill level is still at 0 and they arn't locked

Are your points gone? That's happened to a few people are you just need to put in a ticket with OW.

on a new sponsor I always thought you had to 'start' them the old fashioned way (so for vet skill, give your horses check ups) and then once you had some already there you were then able to add offline points... if that is a glitch it's one that I always just accepted. rofl. I don't need to do it to change them anymore to switch them later, so it really may have been some bug, but you could try that and see, does it add points to vet skill if you vet your horses? Do check ups and such under vet skill?

well i tried adding to a different skill(was also 0) and it worked and it works on vet now
