Ticket not being answered?

i sent in a ticket about my account expiring because it's a liftime account, and they set it to escalated but it's been 9 days since that. should i reply back to it?

how long does it usually take? it's been 16 days-i've had to move all myhorses and i can't run shows or train i don't want to be ungreatful because it is a lifetime...but at the same time i've never had a ticket take so long. just didn't know if something was wrong or if this is normal.

Once a ticket is escalated, Nef is the only one who can view it. How long it takes depends on when she has time, which is why we suggest bumping every couple of days, so it's likely to be seen when she does have time. If you put in another ticket and include the ticket number on the escalated ticket, we can try and point her to it when we see her.
