NCP Riders?

Have a technical question you can't find the answer to in FAQ's? Ask it here. Game problem questions that do NOT pertain to things like training advice, what would my horse do well in, how much is it worth.

NCP Riders?

I was wondering how we go about creating good NCP Riders? All mine come out at +0..

I know there's a way, but I just can't seem to remember.

They need to be trained using the corresponding sponsor skill. English NPCs are trained via the English Training skill, Western by the Western Training skill, Sport by the Sport Training skill, etc.
