Can novices roll a horse?

Can novices roll a horse?

Im pretty sure they cant stat max, right? I havent played in a while and my sponcer account ran out so i havent been a novie since late 2007.

They can roll just as well as a sponsor player so long as the horse is already maxed. :D

I've also heard that they can train as well as a sponcer as long as the horse is stat maxed.

Yup, that's right too Lonewolf. :D Novices can tweak horses for eventing so long as the stats are over 200.
