How am I getting Palomino out of this cross?

I understand why I'm getting ACD. Sort of. But from what I know of the color genetics on VHR... it should be 48% chance for father or mother's color and 2% for albino.

I'm breeding some confy Vanners and the stud I've been using is Black Pinto (Him) and the mare I've been using is Cremello (Her).

As far as I know neither of them have been dyed. But I keep getting Palomino foals out of them which end up being ACDs, and I really don't need them right now.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about.

Same pairing, but a Cremello foal full sister to the ACD.

The cremello does it. ACDs are set up to pop out Palomino. So really, you're getting a cremello baby, the coding just goes ACD = Palomino.
