breeding bonus question

I has a question!

Okay... say you have a mare and stallion on a novice account with no bonuses and you lease them to a breeding account with all sorts of nifty breeding bonuses. You pair them up and pop out your brand new sparkly baby. Does that work? Or do the bonuses need to be on the account the mare and stallion belong to and not just the one they're leased to?

I hope that made sense.... I just don't want to have to have a zillion breeding sponsors. I'm hoping I can shove my horses onto various assorted ranches and just lease them to my breeding ranch as needed. I would really, really hate to have to SELL them to my breeding ranch every time I needed a new foal.

This might be a stupid question, but meh. I want to be sure.

You are correct in your first assumption ^^
Bonuses just need to be on the account that you pop the foal out on.

Bonuses affect horses when they're on that account, not the account their owned by. I lease horses to my breeding account regularly.

Same for horses up for stud. If the stud is on an account with bonuses, the foal will be affected by them.

Thanks guys. I thought that's the way it would be as it makes sense, but I didn't want to assume anything and then mess my horses up.
