My horse was dyed but as she used a( ' ) in the name it didn't take the full name...

She has made tickets and i think an Op has got back to her but she is still waiting for Nef to respond... Its been I believe about week and half... and still no answer...

I understand everyone has a real life and believe me mine is a nightmare to fit everything so i don't want responses saying that she has a real life etc... I understand that...

But couldn't there be some rules on whats allowed to be used in a goodie dye... as i can't find anywhere thats states ( ' )can't be used otherwise there is an issue with the dye colouring...

so instead of my horse being coloured

Ain't No anitdote to V is now Ain....

The person who bought this for me is now on the verge of buying another dye for the same horse and I don't want her to waste her money if this could be sorted out...

She has sent in a few tickets and now she is unable to logg into orbis world due to the fact that it says she has put the incorrect details in...

Any ideas what to do next???

Don't make more than one ticket, just keep bumping the ticket you already have daily. :) Sometimes it takes a really long time, but it will be resolved if you keep bumping your ticket.

If she cannot get back into OW, she'll probably need to contact Nef directly http://www.orbisgames.com/contact.php . She might also try using the password retrieval link posted in this section to get her login information back.

As Rain said, she doesn't need more than one ticket, but she should keep bumping the ticket with all the information every other day or so

She has been bumping it everyday but still no word on whats happening..
