How do I put my mare into heat? I don't feel like waiting for her to just go into heat. I'm sure I'll have to get someone else to do it. How much would it cost?

If you are a sponsor with both Breeding and Veterinary skills, you can "rush fertility" from the Breeding Skill page. Otherwise your choices are to pay a sponsor to rush the fertility for you, or just wait the few turns it takes for the mare to come into heat next.
