Yes, in the same way that other birthcaps can be "broken"... There's really no such thing as "breaking" the birthcap...those are coded into the game and they don't change. What happens on occasion, though, is that the true BC is not yet reached, either because the breed is recent or not worked with enough or individuals haven't been trained/rolled high enough to achieve it or whatever. And so when a trainer does start to seriously work on that breed, it turns out the BC is higher than previously thought. You can call it "breaking" the cap, but in truth, the coded cap hasn't changed at all. Hope that clarifies things a bit.
