Approving upgrade?

I wasn't sure where to post this so I figured I'd put it here. I used to play several years ago and wanted to get back into the game. I've been waiting nearly 2 days for my account to be upgraded (I paid on Thursday) and I'm starting to get frustrated. I put in a ticket yesterday and still no word on anything. I would really like to continue playing the game, but I can't because it hasn't been upgraded and I have too many horses to take turns. Can someone approve my account or something? Not sure how that works. I'm snowed in and incredibly bored.

It sometimes takes a few days for an account to be upgraded depending on how busy Nef is in real life. You just have to be patient im afraid. Maybe decide what you want to do with your ranch when it is upgraded and start planning bonuses and reading the guides on here, that would be a useful thing to do if you're bored.

Upgrades aren't done at the weekends. Nef does a lot of volunteering and things, so you probably won't hear anything till Monday. It should get done then.

Wow, that really sucks. I've already read everything there is on the site just waiting to be approved. I wish I would have known how long it was going to take to be approved. I could have saved my money and used it to buy something else. You'd think that with the money being spent to upgrade, we'd get better customer service. Definitely disappointed so far.

If you have a ticket in, I'm pretty sure it was responded to. You need to look under support messages to see replies. Very seldom do tickets not get some kind of initial reply within the first 6 hours. The other are correct though. Upgrades can take between 1 and 3 business days depending on how busy Nef is.

Nef is a busy person having to run multiple games as well as a personal life. It's tough to keep up with all of it, but she manages too. Just takes time. Plus her prices are really cheap compared to other games.
