would this horse do good in any event with these stats?

No.

But it might do well in three day eventing or endy.
45mil still needed...

I would think Endurance and Jumping would be your best bets other than 3-Day. Unless it can maintain stide, then Harness would be a possibility. Foxhunting might also be an option.
