Selling Account for real money?

Is this allowed on the auction here, or do we have to take it to ebay? I have seen several put up auctions for real money, but I don't want to break any rules. Thanks in advance.

Ebay no longer allows 'virtual' sales. If you wish to sell your account or anything else for real money, it needs to be approved by Nef first.

Thanks, I read the sticky on the auction board, but it is pretty outdated. How do I get Nef to approve it? I emailed her at her hotmail email, but I have never had her answer before....thanks.
