Basically, people are raising playcash to eventually be sold for real money in order to pay for the "VHR Wiki," which is a player-made database with things like the birth cap list and the ranch brand list. :D

Yup the player running it needs roughly $180 USD to pay for the domain name and the server space that the vhr wiki is uploaded onto. She also runs the VP wiki or so I've heard, off of the same server.
