PB taking awhile

Postby rlr217 » Mon Aug 30, 2010 11:34 am

Has anyone noticed it taking longer than 48 hours for the Personal Breeds to come in? I bought myself some 3-4 days ago and still nothing.

it can take 2 weeks or a month. Nef is really busy sometimes.
I am no longer able to play the game due to real life commitments. I would like to thank all my friends for the past 11 years on VHR. xx

With my 2nd PB it took 2 months to come in. It all depends. I can only imagine how busy she is right now with all these sales going on...

TWO MONTHS!!!!! if it says within 48 hours that is what it should be I just brought a pb and I read 48 hours so I better get it in 48 hours I know nef is busy but she should change the website if it will be longer due to it being false advertising and people pay money real money for it.

You're beating a dead horse there. There have been COUNTLESS discussions on how the time line should be changed, and it hasn't. You just have to be patient.

Still there should be said that it can take longer a normal place would get into trouble if they didn't deliver said order in a time frame take my domain place they did not clear my domain name in the 24 hours they said they apologized to me as it clearly states on their site and gave me a voucher code saying we said you'd get it within a time frame we said you would we are at fault. she should at leased put in the sale announcement on the pages might be a longer then 48 hour delay due to high demands , that's why so many people get upset as they don't know when they will get what they paid for

Honey You and I are on the exact same page. xD When I pay for a product, and it says a time the product will be in, I better get that damn product in the time frame or I'll throw a fit about it, its poor business etiquette, obviously it wouldn't take long to just go in and change "48 hours" to "1-2 weeks because of High demand"

Believe me, I'm on that boat too. But I've complained and had that boat sail more times than I can count. So I can't be bothered anymore. Nothing is obviously going to change.

I know that more than one OP has tried to have tried to nudge Nef into having the time listed changed... but I think it may be like... either take the time to change a few words... or take care of serious problems in the game play. lol.

Would you rather have Nef spend the time changing the page to saying 2 weeks but get a really cruddy breed nothing like what you requested because she didn't have the time to do it right? Or would you rather Nef spends her time attempting to make your breed similar to the way you want it? I would rather it say the wrong length of time but get a good breed personally.

anyway, it has been said over and over and I think it is likely that it will be changed at some point, but maybe it is not at the top of the list in importance... maybe suggest it again on the thread in the suggestion section though.

besides, when it takes a very long time you are usually compensated as well.

I just want my breed its so annoying having to wait when it says in 48 hours and you wait for more than that to get it , I am really looking forward to getting my breed but dont want to have to wait to long

I've never had to wait an excruciatingly long time to receive anything, maybe a week and a half at the most, however, if Nef doesn't have the time to at least change a few words, then she obviously needs to get some more help. Maybe let an Op or two have access to upgrading accounts, or something of that nature.

I agree with Leila that the items should be received within the time period that it says on the page. If that time was changed and items were delivered within the new time frame, i see no issue with having a slightly longer wait time.

But anyhow, i love this game that Nef created, and out of a few other games i've played before, this one actually has the best customer service surprisingly.
