Account Upgrade

Can an op help meee? D: I have a lifetime account (#206) that was missed when they were switched to 2015 as their exp. date. #172 was fine, but not 206. I sent my ticket about a month before it expired, which was Sept. 1st. I've been bumping my ticket since then, and I've sent an email. I'm not exactly hurting without it, but it's kind of a pain when I want events or to train a horse with or without certain bonuses. Is there anything else I can do? I'm just sick of waiting. D: It's been almost two months.

My ticket that's been escalated to Nef for 2 almost 3 weeks has been ignored as well, maybe she's really busy? >.<

idk. D: Hawk escalated my ticket the day or day after I first made it, so mine's been sitting there saying "look at meeeee" for those entire two months. I know Draggy said she hasn't really seen her around, but... D: I just want my account upgraded.

Make sure you are bumping your tickets every couple days. She has been very busy lately, including having a week long conference, so the higher in line your ticket is, the better chance of her being able to see it and fix it.
