Can you change your mind about selling a horse?

Say you are accepting bids on a horse and players ask about bids or whatever can the owner change their minds about not selling the horse?

Yes, as long as the horse is still in their posession. As soon as you officially buy a horse (as in it's at your stable), the previous owner has absolutely no control over it, and nobody can make the new owner give the horse back.

I meant say I am selling a horse and I decied I don't want to sale or accept bids any more can I do that?As meaning the horse remains mine

Yep, you can do that. If people persist in bidding, just block bids and go about your way.
