Paid for Upgrade, Waited 24 hours, and Still not Upgraded?

I paid for an upgrade yesterday, and it's been 24 hours but my account still isn't upgraded. Is there something wrong, or does it take longer than 24 hours?

It can take a week or more to be upgraded. My second sponsor probably took a week and a half.

Many times it takes longer than 24 hours. Since Nef does the upgrades alone, she sometimes gets distracted or busy with other things. If it takes more than a few days, I'd start getting worried that something got lost in translation and do a ticket on it

It has been 13 days and mine is still not renewed...and I sent in a support ticket.

I think I must always time things right, lol. Most of the time I get mine by the next day I think the longest I've waited is about three days for a colour.
